The Wine Salon Sessions – A Cultural Exploration of Wine
Join wine writer and educator Victoria Daskal for an intimate series of themed wine salons exploring wine through culture, history, art and people. These evenings are designed for curious wine lovers who want to experience wine beyond scores, labels and tasting notes.
Across five thoughtfully curated sessions at Linden House in West London, guests will explore how wine connects with wider cultural stories.
Each salon focuses on a different theme and includes a welsome drink and seated tasting of curated wines carefully selected to illustrate the topic, alongside paired canapés and cheeses to enjoy during the discussion.
Rather than a traditional classroom tasting, these gatherings recreate the spirit of a classic salon — conversational, relaxed and intellectually engaging — where wine is explored in its broader cultural context.

26 March – Wine & Women 28 April – Wine & Literature 28 May – Wine & Art 25 June – Wine & Landscape 9 July – Wine & History Individual sessions are £120, but the full five-session series is available for £500, offering a £100 saving. Attending the full series allows you to experience the project as a whole — a creative journey through wine, exploring themes such as women, literature, art, landscape and history. Guests who attend all five sessions will also be acknowledged in the book.
