Considered by many as the cradle of winemaking, Georgian wine offers a wealth of history and culture in every sip.
Inspired by Victoria's travels through Georgia and love of shared cultural wine and food experiences, the Summer Supra is the ultimate wine masterclass and culinary experience rolled into one.
At the Georgian Supra guests will feast on delicious and authentic dishes including Pkhali, Khinkali, Imeruli Khachapuri, Tabaka, Lobio, and Chakapuli prepared by husband and wife team, Anna & Zaza at their wonderful family restaurant in St. John's Wood: Geomas.
Victoria will be pouring her top selection of Georgian wines and explaining the different styles, indigenous grapes, traditional and modern winemaking techniques, and fascinating producer stories. Expect to try 8 different wines ranging from sparkling, white, rosé, amber, and red - from barrels, steel, and of course the mystical Georgian vessel: Qvevri!
