About the event
Discover the gastronomy and wines of Provence with expert lecturer Victoria Daskal, who brings her deep knowledge of viticulture and regional traditions to life. The journey begins in Nice, where tastings of Provençal rosé and rare Bellet wines set the stage. Markets brim with colour, and evenings feature refined dining, including Michelin-starred Flaveur. Victoria leads insightful discussions on the interplay of terroir and cuisine, from the light rosés of the coast to the structured reds of the Rhône.
In Cannes, explore Marché Forville before sampling wines from the monastic vineyards of Île Saint-Honorât. Continue to Cassis, where crisp whites perfectly complement bouillabaisse enjoyed by the Mediterranean. Based in Avignon, the itinerary includes Rhône Valley vineyards, a Gallo-Roman winery, olive oil tastings, and the stony slopes of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Victoria’s guidance illuminates each glass, connecting history, culture, and flavour. The tour concludes in Avignon, enriched by unforgettable tastes and stories.
